I played a key role in developing a versatile virtual workspace. This involved conducting user interviews and secondary research initially. I proposed the concept, created a 3D model for representation, and contributed to designing the UI layout and flow for the webpage.

Overview
Over the course of the pandemic, a majority of organizations have adapted to an online system of work from home which has given rise to a new online culture, removing boundaries and enabling remote work from home at a large scale. This has caused several issues related to teamwork, collaboration, and co-worker familiarization.
We created a Multi-dimensional Virtual Workspace builder that enables your organization to customize their personal workspace to fit their team's needs and requirements.
Identifying the Problem
We conducted intensive research to understand the factors influencing the work habits and environment of work-from-home employees. Some techniques used were:
Secondary research: Netnography to identify team building factors and the current state analysis of corporate and start-up work culture.
Primary research: Telephonic and on-site interviews were conducted to gain insights from users on the problems faced while working with teams from home.
User Personas: The problems highlighted in the interviews were used to create personas for the target audience which are corporate and start-up employees.
The Problem
Following extensive primary and secondary research, we identified that a majority of work-from-home employees face issues related to :
Lack of social engagement
Time Management
Lack of suitable environment

Our team started the process by establishing a solid understanding of the target audience and working on gathering insights from users.
We conducted a brainstorming session and used the consolidated ideas in the HOW-WOW-NOW framework and worked towards identifying a solution.
Solution
We designed a multi-dimensional virtual workspace that is customizable to fit your organization's needs, equipped with your own mobile avatar with access to the following :
Personal Cabin: Access all your software and tools from the comfort of your own space. Create lists, and tasks and keep track of your schedule using the whiteboard.
Conference Rooms:
Allow teams to share screens and present information.
Conducting video conferences, team meetings, or client presentations.
Easy whiteboard access for group brainstorming sessions
Break-Room: Provide a casual and relaxed space for individuals to socialize and chat while taking a break, and also engage in water cooler activities to relax.
Brainstorming Area: Used for brainstorming sessions, idea generation, or design thinking and networking with other professionals or industry peers.
